Challis Recruitment was started in 2005 as the result of a desire to build an agency with market leading levels of client and candidate service. At a time when there are more and more agency start-ups and an increasing demand for medical staff, we believe that service standards and expertise levels are dropping across the industry.
More and more our clients are telling us about their experiences with agencies that have a ‘scattergun’ approach to fielding candidates to clients, and who have very little follow-up service once a placement is agreed, often offering little or no help with immigration and medical registration procedures. Our approach is a comprehensive end-to-end service, starting with high quality candidates carefully targeted to actual vacancies, full coordination of all visa and medical registration procedures and high levels of communication between all parties, at all stages.

An Expert Team
Challis Recruitment has a team of people drawn from relevant backgrounds including; Medical Recruitment (OTD’s), Medical Registration Authorities (former Medical Board of NSW), Medicine, Pharmacy, Direct Response Advertising, State Government and Administration.
Unlike many agencies, we have a full-time, in-house Registered Migration Agent (MARA No 0638428) to ensure our candidates and clients are given the best immigration services possible.
Our Medical Manager is responsible for all aspects of the registration process and works closely with all regulatory authorities, and individual colleges to ensure appropriate registration is achieved quickly and efficiently.
